Our vegetable dish for today...Malay salad?..hehe.. the petis (rojak paste) I bought yang untuk rojak buah, the smell tak berapa menyusuk macam the other type... this was bearable lah baunya...actually yang bacin2 tulah yang sedapkan...but because scared that Mr Hubby tak makan kalau yang bacin sangat tu, we got this for the paste...Bean sprout and kangkung blanched and drained. The rest like the cucumber, turnip, pineapple and hard tofu(fried first) just slice and mixed well with the paste. For the paste mixed with pounded groundnut, rojak paste, chili paste, palm sugar (gula melaka) and tamarind juice.
