Siakap Stim Tom Yam

The sea bass was an additional dish for Mr hubby yesterday night...cause looking at the 'skinny' crabs, I guessed surely not enough to cover his rumbling tummy...so made this for him... first time did this, saw the recipe some where in a magazine..cant remember where... 'not bad'..he said..

Ingredients:-
1 Sea Bass cleaned and marinate with salt
1 big onions sliced
1 inch ginger sliced
1 cube tom yam paste
1/2 cube ikan bilis stock
1 lemon squeezed the juice
2-3 kaffir leaves sliced
a handful coriander leaves
10 birds eyes chillies
1 tbsp oyster sauce
a few drops of olive oil

Method:-
Mix tom yam paste, ikan bilis paste, oyster sauce, lemon juice and oil in a bowl. Put sea bass in aluminium foil and add in the paste mixture . Making sure fish has been covered with the mixture, arrange the cili padis, onions, ginger, kafir leaves and coriander leaves below and on top of fish. Wrap the sea bass and steam for at least 20 minutes or till cook. Ready
