Acar Nenas & Timun


Since we had the prawns curry, I made this pineapple and cucumber acar, which nornally goes along with briani rice and since Mr Hubby does not like briani, the curry flavour in the prawns can go along with this acar and of course, I fried some papadum as a side dish. So instead of having briani rice, I switched it to plain white rice.

Ingredients:-
1 small sweet pineapple sliced to small pieces
1/2 cucumber sliced thinly to small pieces
1 red chili sliced thinly
1 big onion sliced thinly
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste

Method:-
Mix all the above ingredients and taste to preferences.
