Oyster Mushroom Omelette
tried it out and here it is...will do this often definitely..
1 packet oyster mushrooms-shredded coarsely -150g
1 large onion sliced thinly
5-10 bird eyes chillies sliced or 1 of each red/green chillies-according to preference-(Ayu as usual added more bird eyes chillies)
salt to tatse
Beat eggs lightly and combine all the other ingredients.Mix well.
Heat oil in a flat pan. Pour mixture and spread out the onions, mushrooms and chillies. When slightly brown or cooked, turn over and continue till light brown. Ready and serve.
