Taugeh Ikan Masin

This bean sprout fried with salted fish was inspired when we had dinner in PandanCity, Johore Baharu a few weeks ago...then I saw in Kak Ummi's blog she had this also..when we dine out, in a 'Thai' Seafood Stall or Restaurant Mr Hubby will definitely order this or the kailan fried with salted fish..his favourite...

Stir fry garlics, onions, chillies till soft. Add in a sliced fried salted Spanish mackerel(ikan tenggiri masin) and stir well. Adjust to taste if salty enough no need salt, if prefer to put seasoning then go ahead to taste. Add in the bean sprout and stir and turn off heat. Ready
