Sambal Tumis Pucuk Ubi - Ikan Asin
Overall, ha this was the best..hehe sambal cassava leaves with salted fishes...actually just this good enough for me!!!..Been hunting for the cassava leaves since last weekend, sekali ada pulak...cause I wanted to cook this dish for quite sometimes..at last I made it..hehe
Ingredients:-
1 ikat pucuk ubi-dicelur setengah masak dipotong
5 keping ikan asin(boleh gunakan- ikan sepat, ikan kembung, ikan kurau atau ikan cekek leher)-digoreng dulu
Bahan kisar:-
20 batang cili kering
5 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1 inci belacan
1 batang serai
Bahan lain:-
1/2 cawan minyak untuk menumis
1/2 cawan air asam jawa
secukup garam (optional)
serbuk perasa
1 sudu makan gula pasir
Method:-
Tumis bahan kisar sampai garing, masukkan air asam, lalu masukkan pucuk ubi yang sudah dicelur. Akhir sekali masukkan serbuk perasa, gula dan ikan asin yang sudah digoreng.
