Chocolate Cheese Marble Cake
Salam kembali...hehe...macam dah lama tak baking, tangan ni macam gaaatel ler..haha....feel like eating cake, came across this recipe in one of my friend's facebook...print out and here it is..
this cake is so moist and really melts in your mouth...sedap pada kitalah...
ps:-To Lin, this was the cake the other day..hope you & family like it...
Ingredients A:-
180g mentega -(Ayu gunakan 200g)
170g gula castor-(Ayu gunakan 130g)
3 biji telur
*20g serbuk koko diayak
*120g top flour diayak
*1 sudu kecil baking powder diayak
Ingredients B:-
250g cream cheese
60g castor sugar-(Ayu gunakan 45g)
1 sudu kecil vanilla esen
1 biji telur
100ml susu
Method:-
Pukul butter dan gula hingga kembang dan putih. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji. Masukkan tepung, serbuk koko dan baking powder yang telah diayak sikit2. Gaul rata dengan spatula.
Dalam bekas yang lain, pukul kesemua bahan B hingga kembang. Tuangkan adunan A sedikit kedalam loyang 7" yang telah dilenser terlebih dahulu dan ratakan. Kemudian tuang sedikit adunan B, diikuti adunan A dan seterusnya hingga habis.Lepas tu boleh marblekan adunan ikut preference. Preheat oven dengan meletakkan loyang 10" yang telah dibubuh air letakkan loyang yang berisi adunan tadi kedalm loyang ini dan steam bake selama 60 min at 160C. Setelah masak tunggu betul2 sejuk sebelum dipotong dan hidang.

ReplyDeleteyes! we like it....tu lah...tak payah nak ISO thingy to accept order ni....as long as your mr hubby n family said sedap...sure ISO pass punyer...so i be d 1st to place order ni....hah..puasa tak lama lagi...lepas tu raya...time ni lah buat biz...cari $$$ lebih so bole pegi korea hujung tahun ni.....amacam?? Hi I'm a big fan of ur blogspot.. Nak tanya top flour tu the flour brand or ?? I'm in Aust n some stuff tak tau mana nak cari .. Ada alternative kalau tak dpt this top flour

'Top Flour is an extra-fine quality flour to give exceptionally smooth and fine texture for your baking needs. It is especially ideal for baking very fine cakes; such as chiffon cakes, swiss rolls, crepes, cake doughnuts and butter cookies"
Basically, it is a very finely ground flour, It is easy to digest and hence has a higher Glycemic Index. Cake flour is courser but also very fine. It probably recommends using this sort of flour for a smoother biscuit. It really doesn't matter which you use, "plain white flour" should be fine.
