Apam Makoke or Wa Ko Koay..normally I would just halved the ingredients, and just used the ready made tapai(fermented rice), ada sekali dulu buat sendiri tapai nasi ni and gunakan untuk buat makoke ni tapi tak berapa kembang kuihnya...beli dah siap senangkan..hehe make my life easier..lagi satu, if notice I kurangkan gulanya banyak juga ya..reason tapai tu dah manis, adding to tambah gula lagi dan Eno yang digunakan pun dah manis..lepas tu nak cicah gula lagi..aduh memang boleh kena potong kaki ler..hehe
Below the original recipe kalau nak buat ibunya..yang bawah lagi satu tu was what I did for mine..
Bahan-Bahan Utk Ibunya
1 mangkuk (kira-kira 500 gm) nasi sejuk
1 keping ragi (bulat sebesar syiling 50sen)

Bahan (A)
1 senduk lauk tapai nasi (kira-kira 200 gm)
6 oz air(180g)
12 oz gula-(360g)

12 oz gula-(360g)
* Ketiga-tiga bahan ini dikisar hingga halus
Bahan (B)
1 peket (600 gm) tepung beras
12 oz air(360g)
1 peket (600 gm) tepung beras
12 oz air
Satukan bahan (A) & (B). kacau rata. Kalau perlu ditapis adunannya.
Perap selama 1½ jam. Apabila nak dikukus, barulah dibubuh 2 sudu makan Eno.
Kemudian kacau rata-rata sebelum dikukus selama kira-kira 15-20 minit.
Enak dimakan dgn kelapa parut dan gula tanjung.

This was what I did for my makoke, since I halved the recipe, I adjusted what I preferred..
For my future reference..-(40++ small lompang cups)
Ingredients:-
100g tapai nasi/pulut yang ready made-(buang airnya)
90g water
180g sugar-(Ayu adjusted 110g only)
*Kisar ketiga2 bahan
Ingredients B:-
300g tepung beras
180g air
*kacau rata- (Ayu campurkan sekali dengan bahan atas dan kisar semuanya)
Method:-
Semua sama cuma bubuh 1 sudu makan Eno aje.
