This morning went to the 'market' (actually kedai2 jual ikan) and saw ikan tamban(round herring)...this fish normally early morning already sold out...kalau dah tengahari normally dah habis..so today I got this....I bought 1 kg!!..ha ambik kau...lepas tu sakit pinggang nak menyiang nya (to clean)..never mindlah nak makan punya pasal and also long time tak jumpa ikan ni...a bit dimasak asam rebus and the rest digoreng...fried till crispy so that even the bone also can be eaten...Thursday, June 18, 2009
