Paru Goreng

For the next few days most of the pictures are those pictures that have been lining up to be posted during the 'tragedy'.. basically I cant remember when I ate this...hehehe...fried beef liver..Boiled till cooked and sliced thinly. Marinate with turmeric powder, minced garlic, minced onions, minced ginger, salt and chili paste. Fry till crispy or preference.
