Sepat Berlada

Side dish 'dried salted gurame fish'.. fried till crispy.. for the toppings, stir fry red chillies(amount depends on how much fish and hotness) onions till soft. Blend coarsely the two and add in salt and a bit of sugar to taste.. ready
