Another varieties of fried rice that I made yesterday for breakfast...since last week nasi goreng kunyit was a a hit, this time nasi goreng cina was a hot..hehehe
Bahan A (Ingredients A)
2 biji telur (dipukul) - (eggs lightly beaten)
2 ulas bawang merah (dihiris) - ( shallots)
1 genggam ikan bilis kecil(size S) -(a handful of small anchovies)
Bahan B (Ingredients B)
3 ulas bawang merah (dihiris) -( shallots sliced thinly)
2 ulas bawang putih (dihiris) -(garlics sliced thinly)
1 biji lada merah/5 biji cilipadi (ikut kepedasan yang disukai) - (1 red chilli/ 5 bird eyes chillies- up to preference)
2 ketul isi ayam (size potong 12 ambil 2 ketul) -( 2 chicken fillet)
3 sudu sos tiram- ( tbsp oyster sauce)
1/2 kiub pati ayam -(chicken cube)
2 sudu minyak-( tbsp oil)
2 sudu mentega -(tbsp butter)
Garam- (salt)
Sayur campur (ikut suka) -(some mixed veggies)
Bawang goreng- (fried shallots)
Daun sup-(chinese celery)
3 cawan nasi - (cup rice)
Method:-
Panaskan minyak dan goreng bawang merah hingga naik bau kemudian masukkan telur dan ikan bilis. Kacau-kacau supaya telur hancur. Goreng hingga ramuan sebati dan pastikan telur dan ikan bilis kering lebih kurang 5-10 minit.-(Heat oil and fry shallots till fragrant, add in eggs and small anchovies. Stir and mashed it. Stir fry till mixture is incorporated for 5-10 minutes.)
Tutup api kemudian masukkan telur tadi ke dalam nasi putih. Masukkan sedikit garam dan gaul sebati. Ketepikan. -(Turn off heat and add egg mixture to rice. Add in a bit of salt and mix well. Put aside)
Dalam kuali yang sama tadi cairkan mentega dan tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan lada merah hingga naik bau dan masak.Masukkan isi ayam dan biarkan sehingga masak.-(Using the same wok, melt butter and stir fry shallots, garlics and red chili till fragrant and cook. Add in chicken meat and let it till cook.)
Tutup api kemudian masukkan telur tadi ke dalam nasi putih. Masukkan sedikit garam dan gaul sebati. Ketepikan. -(Turn off heat and add egg mixture to rice. Add in a bit of salt and mix well. Put aside)
Dalam kuali yang sama tadi cairkan mentega dan tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan lada merah hingga naik bau dan masak.Masukkan isi ayam dan biarkan sehingga masak.-(Using the same wok, melt butter and stir fry shallots, garlics and red chili till fragrant and cook. Add in chicken meat and let it till cook.)
Masukkan nasi yang dicampur dengan telur tadi dan kacau sebati. Kemudian masukkan sayur campur dan kacau.-(Add in the rice that has been mixed with the eggs mixture and stir well. Add in mix veggies and stir. )
Masukkan sos tiram, pati ayam dan garam. Kacau hingga sebati dan boleh dihidangkan. Tabur dengan daun sup dan bawang goreng untuk hiasan.-(Add in oysters sauce, chicken cube and salt. Mix well and ready. Garnish with chinese celery and fried shallots.)
