Lepat Ubi

Lepat Ubi, based on my last post on this recipe was to used the magic 'senduk', for measurements, this time, I converted it to metrics adjusting here and there, so with this superseded the last recipe...
please pardon the colour of the lepat as the gula melaka I used was 'pucat birat'..walaupun yang I used tu pun  Melaka mari...siapa2 yang nak sponsor gula melaka original punya..jangan malu2 jangan segan2 ya, ...pekik kat telinga kita aje ya..hehehe..

Ingredients:-
1 kg ubi kayu diparut or di blender-(Ayu gunakan yang dah siap dikisar)
135g santan pekat
238g air gula melaka
1 sudu makan gula timbang (orange sugar or brown sugar)
garam secukup rasa
Daun pisang secukupnya

Method:-
Ubi kayu dibuang kulit, bersihkan, diparut, toskan buang airnya tapi ambil kanjinya sahaja(yang keras dibawah, buang air putihnya sahaja.).Ambil kanji tadi dan gaulkan balik dengan ubi kayu parut tadi. Masukkan air gula melaka, santan pekat , garam dan gula timbang. Gaul rata. Sudukan 2 sudu besar adunan keatas daun pisang dan lipat seperti bawah. Kukus selama 30 minit atau hingga masak.
