Apam Makoke aka Wa Ko Koay

Pernah buat beberapa kali disini dan disini..
Apam Makoke recipe asal yang menggunakan tapai nasi buatan sendiri..tapi kita ambil shortcut by using readymade tapai pulut....hehe.Dah banyak kali buat..saja aje letak lagi recipe ni disini..kalau nak recipe yang pernah dulu2 kita buat just click kat atas tu ya..

Ingredients A:-
100g tapai nasi/pulut yang ready made-(buang airnya)
90g water
180g sugar-(Ayu adjusted 110g only)-kalau tak nak makan dengan gula timbang, sukatan gula dalam bahan ini bolehlah dilebihkan ikut kesesuaian kemanisan masing2 ya..
*Kisar ketiga2 bahan

Ingredients B:-
300g tepung beras
180g air
*kacau rata- (Ayu campurkan sekali dengan bahan atas dan kisar semuanya)

Method:-
Satukan bahan (A) & (B). kacau rata. Kalau perlu ditapis adunannya.
Perap selama 1½ jam. Apabila nak dikukus, barulah dibubuh 1 sudu makan Eno.
Kemudian kacau rata-rata sebelum dikukus selama kira-kira 15-20 minit.
Enak dimakan dgn kelapa parut dan gula tanjung.
