Daging Goreng Minang

Daging goreng Minang ni dah lama juga kita masak..sebelum tu ada juga kita buat Ayam goreng minang..To me both are ok rasanya..Kalau ada daging korban yang masih banyak dalam freezer tu bolehlah mencuba lauk ni pula kan..

Daging Goreng Minang

300g  Daging 
1 ulas Bawang Putih - dihiris nipis
3 ulas Bawang Merah - dihiris nipis

2 sudu besar Kerisik
2 sudu besarPes Cili (2 sudu besar)
2 sudu besar Sos Tomato (2 sudu besar)
 garam secukup rasa & sedikit Gula


 Cara:-
Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga wangi.
Masukkan pes cili. Kacau rata.
Masukkan daging. Curahkan air secukupnya dan tutup kuali.
Apabila daging empuk, masukkan sos tomato, kerisik dan bahan perasa.
Kacau sebentar sebelum dihidang.
