Kobis Goreng Kunyit

Fried this cabbage on Saturday night for dinner...quite sometimes I wanted to cook this style using cabbage..normally I can see this kind of dish in Indian stalls that sell 'Nasi Mamak'..goes very well with their rice which has been cooked by discarding the starch in the rice...sometimes they used snake gourds and sometimes long beans...

Anyway, recipe also campak2 one...haha..slice some cabbage, some red/green chillies, garlics, onions. Saute onions, garlics,chillies, turmeric powder, curry leaves and mustard seeds till fragrant. Add in sliced cabbage and stir well. Add some salt and MSG to taste. Ready.
