Rendang Ayam Pedas

Cant rambling too much now I just post my entries and still try to figure out my blog setting...The blog not updating in fellow bloggers bloglist really made me spent a lot of time figuring how to solve the problem .. hai..
geram2 malas nak blogging lagi rasanya...

Ingredients:-
1 ekor ayam dipoton ikut suka
1 packet santan kara + 500 ml air
2 helai daun limau perut
2 helai daun kunyit disiat
2 keping asam gelugor
2 sudu besar kerisik
garam & serbuk preasa secukupnya

*segenggam cili padi
*2 biji bawang besar
*1 inci halia
*5 biji bawang putih
*2 batang serai
*2 inci kunyit hidup
(*bahan kisar)

Method:-
Masukkan bahan2 *kisar bersama santan, asam gelugur dan daun limau perut. Kacau dan masak hingga mendidih. Masukkan ayam dan masak hingga pekat. Masukkan kerisik dan daun kunyit tadi dan perasakan dengan garam & serbuk perasa secukupnya.Kacau dan biarkan sekejap. Terpulang nak rendang tu berkuah masak sekejap aje kalau nak kering masak sampai kuahnya pekat.
