Tauhu Goreng Singapore

Tauhu Goreng Singapore was the side dish  for yesterday...Normally I just used my own method and amount which are 'agak ration', but this time I used this recipe which was viewed in many friends blogger..recipe from the famous CMG ler..thank you again.. I didnt use the yam bean(sengkuang) cause no stock at home...

 Ingredients:-
4 keping tauhu biasa
1 biji timun, dihiris nipis dan dimayang
100g taugeh, dibuang ekor dan celur sekejap
1/2 biji sengkuang, dikupas dihiris nipis dimayang(saya tak letak ni)
*4 ulas bawang putih
*5-6 cili padi (saya letak lebih)
*200g kacang tanah
*3-4 camca besar gula melaka
*3 camca besar kicap pekat
11/2- 2 camca besar cuka or jus asam jawa
*sedikit air(bahan sos kacang)

Method:-
Kacang tanah digoreng tanpa minyak hingga perang, buang kulit dan tumbuk separuh halus. Kisar cili padi dan bawang putih. Campurkan semua bahan2 sos kacang dan kacau hingga rata. Tambah sedikit air jika perlu. Jangan terlalu cair atau pekat, sesuaikan rasa dan tambah gula@ garam@asam jika perlu. Ketepikan. Tauhu dilumur dengan sedikit garam, goreng, terendam hingga kuning keemasan, jangan goreng lama sangat. Keluarkan dan tos. Ambil sekeping tauhu goreng tadi. Potong kepada 9 bahagian(bergantung pada saiz tauhu masing2), alihkan kedalam pinggan, tabur atas tauhu tadi dengan hirisan timun, sengkuang dan taugeh. Tuangkan sos kacang secukupnya dan hidangkan segera.
