Pulut Serimuka Jagung

Pencuci mulut for 15th day iftar...recipe taken from Mamahawa..originally from Kak Rusnah fotopages saw the other day, terus berkenan rasanya sedap& kena  pada I...memang  tak adjust apa2 pun sukatannya, cuma tambah 1 tbsp lagi  jagungnya tu sebab kita suka jagung..... tapi I guessed yang kuat manis tu boleh lah tambah gula lagi ya...sebab kuih ni manis2 buah gitu...which my family suka....

Tapikan...I must admit, I shouldnt have terapkan kuih ni macam kat atas..sebab when I did that the jagung all terikut and jadi tak cantik gitu..ingatkan nak kasi cantik lagi..tapi lain pula..hehehe.. tak apalah better luck next time..
Anyways, minta izin I letakkan recipenya kat sini ya. Thanks mama, for promoting and thanks Kak Rusnah for the nice recipe..Thank you both ladies for sharing...


Bahagian bawah
1 1/2 cwn beras pulut direndam kemudian ditoskan
1 1/2 cwn santan
sedikit garam dan gula
1 st butter
Kesemua bahan dikacau rata dan dikukus.Bila pulut masak ratakan dan tekan ke dalam loyang bulat 8 inci dan kukus lagi.Semasa pulut panas-panas tuangkan bahagian atasnya dan terus kukus lebih kurang 20 minit.

Bahagian atas
2 biji telur (kak rus guna 1 sahaja)
1/3 cwn gula pasir
1/2 cwn santan pekat
1/3 cwn susu cair
2 sb tepung gandum
1 sb tepung custard
sedikit garam dan vanilla
sedikit pewarna kuning
2 sb jagung cream
Pukul telur bersama gula sebati kemudian masukkan bahan yang lain.Kacau sebentar di atas api bagi naik wap sahaja kemudian tuangkan ke atas pulut dan teruskan mengukus lagi 20 minit.

I terapkan to smaller stars pula..selekeh betul nampaknya ..cause my acuan terap tu tak tinggi kuih tu so when terap, kedalam, terkena sememeh atasnya tu..
