Brocoli Goreng Udang
Ingredients:-
8 pcs shrimp, shelled and deveined
300g Broccoli
30g red bell pepper(I didnt use cause not in stock just substitute with shitake mushroom)
2 slices ginger
1 clove garlic
4 tbsp vegetable oil
Ingredients for marinate:-
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp corn starch
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
Sauce ingredients:-
160 ml chicken stock
1 tsp light soya sauce
2 tsp corn starch
Method:-
Cut broccoli flowerettes 3/4 inch pieces. Cut carrots and pepper into 1/4 inch pieces. Bring a pot to boil and blanch the broccoli and carrots for 1-2 minutes. Drained and set aside.
Mix the shrimps with marinade for 30 minutes. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces.
In a large skillet or wok, add 2 tbsp of oil, when oil is hot, add shrimp, fried till colour change and dish up.
Heat 4 tbsp of oil over medium heat, add ginger and garlic, stir until fragrant, then add broccoli, carrots, bell pepper and shrimps. Pour in the sauce and stir gently until ingredients are well combined and mixture thickens slightly. Serve hot.

hai ayu.memang nampak sedap. kita suka makan udang. wah ayu ni terror bahasa english ya. bolehlah akak belajar sikit2 dari blog ni..tq
