Homemade Cream Of Mushrooms

Geram pulak bila nampak swiss black & white mushrooms ni kat rak2 supermarket..nampak fresh gitu..ada offer lagi..itu yang terus teringin nak buat cream of mushrooms sendiri..Sebelum tu, makan ni kat Nandos..tak cukup..hehe..so kita nak buat dan makan sampai kenyang.....pernah buat disini tapi sukatannya banyak..so kita half the portions and then adjusted the taste to my liking..Alhamdullilah..kasi Mr Hubby rasa..kita tanya ok tak ..dia jawap..ermm ok JADI..hehe..
Kita makan dengan toasted garlic bread (beli punya)..sedappp..lawankan pula dengan salad kat bawah tu..jadi kambing ler sekejap..hehe

Homemade Cream of mushrooms
Tried &Tested:-Ayu@curlybabesatisfaction
3 cups fresh white/brown mushrooms slice
1 big onions diced
1/2 chicken cube
2 cups water
1 tsp italian herbs
(Boil till soft, put aside let cool. Blend)

2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
1 cup milk
Salt to taste

Method:-
In a pan , melt butter add flour , whisk till not lumpy..corporated. Add in milk, black pepper powder & crushed black pepper , mushroom mixture & salt.  Let it boils till slightly thickens or up to preference. Ready to serve with toasted garlic bread.

sepertinya enak kak cream if mushrooms yang kakak buat, disantap dengan garlic bread pasti sedapnya
