Assalam, kalau tengok kat blog kita ni..ada beberapa jenis kek marble yang telah kita cuba..memang kek marble favourite my family..besides dimakan buat sarapan kek ni pun selalunya dimakan waktu petang or when the craving for some sweet soft stuff mendatang...biasalah kan..kek2 jenis macam ni senang untuk dimakan dan sedap pulak tu..This time kita cuba kek marble chocolate & orange..kombinasi yang memang serasi..kita kalau buat kek berperisa chocolate suka gandingkan dengan perisa either orange atau lemon..this two, memang kena betul dengan tekak kita ..kalau perisa strawberry kurang sikit...
Kek ni pun jangka hayatnya sekejap aje dah habis..tak sampai sehari..kita buat waktu malam, the next day dalam tengahari gitu dah habis... berebut last few pieces diantara Marsya & Iqram..siap 'scissors paper stone' lagi siapa yang menang dapat makan the last piece...heheh..itu datang angin nak makanlah..cuba datang angin tak nak..dihonyok depan muka pun tak hairan...sabor ajelah..
Recipe kita adjusted cara membuatnya dengan masukkan telur sebiji sebiji instead of masukkan kesemua bahan2 macam recipe asal...Oh recipe asal ada curah ganache, tapi kita tak buat..sebab dah malam tak kuasa mak nak main curah2...hehehehe...
