This was for the rest of the family ler..haha tak kanlah dia orang nak makan saladkan .haha..comes in a set of dalca sayur and acar timun & nenas...ish ish..dah Saturday morning, baru dapat masuk entry ni, cause it got stuck somewhere in the air!!..tak mau keluar..cis..
Anyway, ni tengah tunggu my son balik, Mr Hubby tengah tunggu kat Airport tu...that was why while waiting, I tried adjusting this entry..which has been stuck since yesterday evening...
Ingredients:-
1kg beras basmathi-cuci dan toskan-(1kg basmathi rice-washed and drained)
300g ayam/isi ayam -dipotong kecil-(300g chicken/chicken meat- cut to small pieces)
1100ml air-(1100ml water)
8 biji tomato buah -dicincang halus-(8 tomatoes chopped fine)
4 sudu besar tomato puri-(4 tbsp tomato puree)
11/4 cawan susu sejat-(11/4 cup fresh milk)
3/4 cawan minyak sapi/marjerin-(3/4 cup ghee oil/margerine)
garam secukup rasa-(salt to taste)
Bahan Kisar:-(Minced Ingredients)
3 biji bawang besar-(3 large onions)
15 ulas bawang putih-(15 garlics)
1 ibu jari halia-(1 thumb size ginger)
Bahan Penumis:-(Sautee ingredients)
8 kuntum bunga cengkih-(8 cloves)
8 biji pelaga-(8 cardamons)
3 inci kulit kayu manis-(3 inches cinnamon stick)
4 batang serai dititik-(4 lemon grass crushed)
3 helas daun pandan- disimpul-(3 pandan leaves tie to knot)
Bahan Hiasan:-(garnishings)
daun sup/ bawang, bawang goreng, gajus goreng-(chinese celery/ spring onions, fried shallots and fried cashew nuts)
Method:-
Air dan ayam direbus hingga empuk, toskan ayamnya dan ketepikan. Panaskan minyak dalam periuk dan tumis hingga wangi dan masukkan bahan2 kisar dan tumis hingga garing. Masukkan pula tomato buah dan tomato puri dan kacau hingga rata. Masukkan pula air rebusan ayam dan susu cair dan biarkan mendidih lalu masukkan beras dan masak hingga hampir kering. Masukkan ayam tadi dan garam secukup rasa dan kacau hingga sebati. Tutup periuk dan kecilkan api dan masak hingga nasi tomato ayam tanak. Matikan api. Taburkan dgn 1/2 bahagina hiasan dan serihkan nasi perlahan2. Taburkan lebihan bahan hiasan diatas nasi ketika menghidang.-(Put water to boil together with chicken till cooked, drained chicken, put stock aside. Heat oil in pan, and add in saute ingredients till fragrant.Add in minced ingredients and let it till oil rises up the surface. Add in tomatoes, tomato puree and stir well. Add in chicken stock, milk and let it boil , when boiling, add in rice and cook till it almost dry. Add in chicken, salt and stir till incorpoarted. Cover pan and lower down the heat and let it cook. Turn off heat, sprinkle 1/2 of garnishing and mix/toss slowly. Sprinkle the balance garnishing when serving.)

Treat & trick -walkslm, hehe..cubalah kak, nasi tomato siap dgn ayamnya sekali..tak payah masak ayam masak merah lagi..haha
