Fried Calamari

Fried Calamari, to go along with the salads...

Ingredients:-
500g sotong
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu baking powder
1 biji telur
sedikit garam & lada sulah
1/2 sudu  Italian herbs
1 sudu kecil paprika
1 sudu kecil serbuk cili

Method:-
Potong sotong kecil2, bersihkan dan toskan airnya biar sampai kering. Gaul sotong dgn sedikit garam dan lada sulah. Pukul telur sikit dan masukkan sootng , ketepikan. Gaul tepung, baking powder, garam, lada sulah, italian herbs, paprika dan serbuk cili. Masukkan sotong yg telah digaulakn dengan tepung, salutkankan sotong dengan tepung. Goreng dalam minyak terendam hingga kekuningan.Hidangkan dengan Sos Tatar dan sos cili.

anonymous - lada sulah tu white pepper powder. Next time, if not sure of the words, you can go the new fucntion gadget- under translation...click the 'translate' word next to google icon, once u are in another window, you can type the words which you want to convert, or you can type my web add and it will convert the whole page to the language you want.

Sorry if lately you find that I am not converting some of the recipes in 2 languages, as time did not permits me..:-(
