Crispy Long Beans



Side dish for today's menu, South Indian Style crispy long beans..krak krup..

Ingredients:-
300g long beans-cut into 3cm lengths-(300g kacang panjang-dipotong 3cm panjang2)
1 sprig curry leaves-(1 helasi daun kari)
1 level tsp turmeric powder-(1 sudu kecil kunyit serbuk)
1 level tsp chili powder-(1 sudu kecil serbuk cili)
11/2 tsp salt-(11/2 sudu kecil garam)
8 tbsp oil-(8 sudu besar minyak)

Method:-
Put long beans in a bowl, sprinkle with turmeric, chilli powder and salt and mix thoroughly. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Heat oil, fry curry leaves till crispy then add beans and stir fry from time to time. As beans start to get crisp, keep stirring constantly until the beans are very crisp. Remove from heat.-(Gaul, kacang panjang dengan serbuk kunyit, serbuk cili dan garam dan biarkan selama 10-15 minit. Panaskan minyak dan masukkan daun kari goreng hingga garing dan masukkan kacang panjang dan kacau selalu. Biarkan masak hingga garing. Matikan api dan siap.)
