Kentang Dadu Berempah
Side dish untuk menambahkan2 kan lauk..and just want to try out....this dish I think also suitable for epok2 filling, or popiah filling..cause of the curry powder used in it, anyway I added some water to it so that it wont be so dry....
Ingredients:-
2 biji kentang (anggaran 150g sebiji)-(2 potatoes-estimate 150g each)
1 biji cili merah & hijau-(1 each red & green chillies)
3 biji bawang putih-(3 garlics)
1 biji bawang besar-(1 large onion)
1 sudu besar rempah kari-( 1 tbsp curry powder)
1 sudu kecil biji sawi-(1 tsp mustards seeds)
1 genggam isi ayam (blh diganti dgn makanan laut)-Ayu pakai udang-(1 handful chicken meat-can uses seafood-I used prawns)
garam secukup rasa-(salt to taste)
Method:-
Kentang & bawang dikupas & dipotong dadu bersama ayam & cili. Goreng kentang & ayam hingga kekuningan. Ketepikan. Tumis bawang, cili & rempah hingga sedikit garing.(Ayu tambahkan sedikit air supaya tak hangus dan kering) Akhir sekali masukkan kentang, ayam & biji sawi. Perasakan dgn garam.-(Potatoes, onions and chicken meat cut to diced. Fry potatoes and chicken till golden yellow. Dish out and put aside. Saute onions, chillies and curry powder oil rises up the surface.(I added some water to it) Lastly just add potaotes, chicken and mustard seeds. Put salt to taste.)
