Made this yesterday morning for breakfast. I didnt cook lunch yesterday as we were scheduled to go out for brother-in -law's house warming, so basically made this just to 'alas' perut before the occasion which was after Asar....saw this in Emi Japan's blog the other day.....again something different from my normal version which I used just chili paste as the base..this time curry powder..Mr Hubby's comment was 'ermm not bad!!'...(also I think I added more sliced beef inside which is his favourite)...Anyway..thanks Emi for the recipe..I posted here for my future reference ya.
Ingredients:-
800g makaroni-direbus dan toskan- saya gunakn 500g
250g sayur campur-(saya gunakan sayur sawi, taugeh dan kobis)
60g serbuk kari -(saya gunakan 40g serbuk kari)
30g ayam dihiris nipis-(saya gunakan daging yang direbus + udang & sotong)
2 biji bawnang besar dimayang
4 biji bawnag putih dimayang
350 ml susu cair-( saya gunakan sikit aje + sedikit air)
1 sudu besar sos tiram dan sos cili -(saya1 sudu besar tambah cili kisar)
garam & lada sulah secukupnya
minyak untuk menumis
Method:-
Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang besar & bawnag putih hingga naik bau. Masukkan rempah kari dan kacau rata. Masukkan pula ayam dan sayuran2an, kacau hingga masak. Kemudian masukkan makaroni dan susu cair. Kacau sebati hinnga masak. Peraasakan dengan garam dan hiaskan dengan daun bawang. Sedia untuk dinikmati.
