Title aje milk chcocolate brownies,, but I used semi sweet chocolate for this..sebab tak nak manis2, since pisang yang digunakan pun dah manis..I kurangkan sukatan gulanya dan menggunakan 1/4 cawan je...kita terbeli banyak pisang itu yang over stock dengan pisang...ada lagi pisang recipe after this but that I will update bila2lah ..maybe next week ke...

Siapa2 yang nak I translatekan please shout OK...So kalau nak cuba, ikutlah kemanisan masing2 ya..Oh brownies ni, macam my brownies yang pernah kita buat dulu, dia macam cakey type..(macam cake)..dan part swirling tu macam brownies yang ini...so please adjust ikut preference..
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups (11.5-oz. pkg.) Milk Chocolate Morsels, divided-(Ayu used 200g semi sweet chcocolate)-(13/4 cawan(345g) milk chocolate chips dibagi dua-Ayu gunakan 200g semi sweet chocolate chips aje)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour-(Ayu used 1 cup)-(1/2 cawan tepung serba guna-Ayu gunakan 1 cawan tepung gandum)
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour-(Ayu didnt use this)-(Ayu tak letak ni)
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder-(3/4 sudu kecil baking powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt-(1/2 sudu kecil garam)
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar-(Ayu used 1/4 cup)-(1 cawan gula perang)-(Ayu gunakan 1/4 cawan)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened-(1/2 cawan mentega dilembutkan)
- 2 large eggs-(2biji telur besar)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract-(1 sudu kecil esen vanila)
- 2 medium ripe bananas, quartered lengthwise and chopped -(Ayu used 150g about 3-4nos bananas + 150g to be spread on top- mashed)-(2 biji pisang sederhana besar dipotong memanjang dan dadukan-Ayu lenyekkan pisang dan menggunakann 150g dlm 3-4 pisang + 150g untuk di lapisan atas dan dimarblekan, leneykkan sekali dan dibagi dua)

PREHEAT oven to 350ยบ F. Grease 9-inch-square baking pan.-(Panaskan oven 170C dan griskan loyang 9")
MICROWAVE 1 cup morsels in small, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 45 seconds; STIR. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until smooth. Cool to room temperature.-(Ayu double boiled)-(1 cawan milk chocolate chips dicairkan dalam microwave- Ayu gunakan kaedah double boil aje-200g semi chocolate )
COMBINE flour, whole-wheat flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Beat brown sugar and butter in medium mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat well. Beat in melted chocolate. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in bananas (150g)and remaining 3/4 cupmorsels.Spread into prepared baking pan.-(Ayu added the remaining bananas 150g on top of batter spread and swirl the mashed bananas around)-(Campurkan tepung, baking powder dan garam dalam mangkuk. Pukul gula perang dan mentega hingga kembang. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan esen vanila. Pukul hingga sebati. Masukkan chocolate yang telah dicairkan tadi. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit. Masukkan separuh pisang yang telah dilenyek tadi dan gaul rata.Kalau nak masukkan chocolate chips lagi pun boleh, tapi Ayu tak letak.selepas digaul rata, Ayu masukkan balance pisang yang dilenyek ketas adunan dan marblekan dengan adunan..)
BAKE for 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in covered container in refrigerator.-(Bakar selama 40-45 minit atau sehingga lidi menyucuk keluar bersih. Sejukkan didalam loyang diatas rack. Potong kuih dan simpan didalam bekas yang tertutup didalam peti sejuk)
