When I go marketing, my mum always said 'kalau nak beli ikan tenggiri, jangan beli Tenggiri Batang isi dia keras..beli Tenggiri yang lagi(dont know the name) satu isinya lembut'- ( don't buy tenggiri batang cause the meat a bit 'hard', instead buy another type)..is it true?..

Actually I don't see any difference in this two(cant recognised)..hehe...frankly I will asked the fishmonger what tenggiri that they have if they say other tenggiri then the batang type I will buy definitely (boleh gitu?)...

5 ladies fingers
1 green chili sliced halves
1 tomato quartered
2 sprigs curry leaves
1 tsp mixed fish curry spices(rempah tumis ikan)
1 cup coconut milk

Heat oil in pan and saute sliced onion till fragrant and add in , curry leaves and fish spices and stir well. Add in paste and stir till fragrant and oil rises up the surface. Add some water if too dry. Add in coconut milk, ladies fingers, water and let it simmer for a while and add in fishes and tamarind juice.
