This menu was for our sahur, together with Telur Cepluk Tumis Air. Normally for sahur, I cooked simple dish, cause with the sleepy eyes, nobody will appreciate your dish, as they will just eat for the sake of eating...hehehe
As for this dish, Mr Hubby asked for a second serving(bertambah) nasi...hehe..recipe I got from Noosha's blog, but I rewrite to my own steps and convenience..
Ingredients:-
5 chicken fillet cut to 2 inches
2 garlics crushed
1 big onion cut in rings
3-4 long beans cut in 1 inch
1/2 tsp minced ginger
2-3 tsp turmeric powder
some chicken stock to estimate
5 birds eye chillies crushed
salt and MSG to taste
Method:-
Wash chicken with lime juice. Put chicken to boil for about 5 minutes. Drained and put the chicken stock aside. Heat oil in a non- stick wok , add in onions, garlics, ginger.Add in chicken. Stir well. Add in turmeric powder and stir well. Add in some chicken stock, long beans and bird eyes chillies. Add in salt and MSG to taste. Let it simmer for a while and turn off heat. Ready and serve.
