Quite sometime didn't fried the bananas this way...I love the taste of the sesame and the 'lemak2' of the coconut milk and dessicated coconut...Nice to eat when you got the right bananas and when its still hot and crispy... just want to declare..the menu for iftar as we went along, if you realised are becoming lesser and lesser right?....hahhaaha...understand lah kan...'engine' start to slow down already...tak kuasa nak buat macam2 ....mintak ampun!!!
Thai Style Banana Fritters

Ingredients:-
170g rice flour
100g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
500ml thick coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Castor sugar
30g white sesame seeds
6 tbsp(20g) desiccated coconut
oil for deep frying
10-12 medium bananas
Method:-
1. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a mixing bowl to make a slightly thick batter.
2. Heat oil for deep frying.
3. Dip the banana pieces into the batter and drop into the hot oil.
4. Fry till golden brown and drain on absorbent paper.
