Ketam Goreng Cili

When was the last time I ate crabs? Quite sometimes now..this crab in Malay, we called it Ketam bunga (Flower Crab)?...I would prefer the other type..Ketam Batu...bought the Ketam this morning, all quite small ones.. not so 'meaty' cause there was this uncle who went marketing too.. he said, 'Never mind you take all lah ', after he choose the big ones..basket..

1 kg crabs washed and cleaned- marinate with salt, and black pepper
ginger minced
garlics minced
3 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp belacan(shrimp paste)
2-3 tbsp chili paste
birds eye chilies

Fry the marinated crabs and put aside
Stir fry the garlics and ginger till fragrant
Add in chili paste and fry till oil goes up the surface. Add in tomato sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce and belacan. Throw in the chili padis and stir.
Add in crabs and stir well. Ready
