Daging Jeruk Goreng Cili Padi

Ok sebelum kita terlupa baik kita masukkan post daging jeruk ni..Kita buat ni waktu bulan puasa kemarin...Bila sibuk viral waktu tu daging jeruk di facebook..kita pun tak mau lepas kan peluang mencuba..sebab tengok macam senang ajekan..cuma process dan menjerukkan dia tu makan masa ..tapi berbaloi lepas tu sebab sedap sangat rasanya..
Quantity daging tu terpulanglah ya berapa banyak yang nak digunakan..the rest tu garam & jus limau kasturi pun agak2lah..
Terimakasih puan punya recipe ..akak minta izin dipanjang2kan disini pula .. 
 
'Daging yang dipotong nipis, dijeruk dengan perahan limau kasturi dan garam. Hanya digoreng dengan bawang besar dan cili padi. dimakan begitu sahaja atau dengan nasi putih memang sedap dan membuka selera. Selalunya kita jumpa ikan jeruk, petai jeruk & lada jeruk kali ni daging jeruk.'- Rafiza Idayu

Daging merah dalam keadaan beku atau separa beku.
Mudah dipotong kerana untuk mendapatkan kepingan daging yang nipis.
Bahagian top side. (Ayu guna daging goreng kalau 'terms' kat spore ni )

Kerat kepada beberapa bahagian. Dalam keadaan separa beku (luar dah tak beku tetapi dalam masih beku).

Letakkan di dalam tapis untuk menapis air lebihan daging.
Tak perlu basuh selepas dipotong nipis. Basuh ketika seketul besar. Hanya lalukan air sahaja.
Apabila basuh selepas dipotong, manis dan nutrisi daging akan menyusut nilainya kerana larut dalam air.


Sediakan bahan bahan untuk menjeruk.
1. Bekas kontainer
2. Garam halus
3. Limau kasturi yang dibuang biji

 Susun daging di dalam bekas kontainer.(berapa banyak terpulang)
 

Selepas daging dihiris
Taburkan garam rata ke seluruhan daging.


Perahkan limau ke serata daging.

Susun lagi daging dilapisan seterusnya. Taburkan garam ke serata daging.

Perah limau lagi ke serata daging.
Ulang lagi melapis daging => garam => perahan limau
Sehingga habis daging tersebut. Masukkan limau yang telah  diperah tadi.
Siap untuk diperam. Letakkan di dalam peti sejuk di bahagian chiller.
 
Selepas satu hari, daging mula berubah warna setelah mengalami proses penapaian.
Tunggu  seminggu baru masak supaya daging menjeruk sebaiknya. (Ayu masak selepas 2 minggu)


Makan dengan nasi putih sahaja. Sedap rupanya daging jeruk ini.
Tak perlu basuh sebelum goreng.
Panaskan minyak, goreng daging, kemudian masukkan hirisan bawang, cili padi dan kacang panjang.

Masak sebentar untuk layukan kacang panjang. Siap.

This is something new to me. Tak pernah makan daging jeruk. Nak cuba sebab Ayu kata sedap :)

yes samelah PH..kita pun first time mencuba dan nampaknya boleh diterima my anak tekak,hubby's & my parents..anak2 tak sure ..sebab dia orang tak cuba lagi..
