Veggies, for adults..basically todays postings are yesterday's dishes...so all finished already ya..hehe
Ingredients:-
3 brinjal cut in halves and fried
10 red chillies*
3 garlics*
1 big onion*
1 tbsp vinegar
salt and MSG to taste
Method:-
Blend all the *ingredients coarsely. Saute all the blended ingredients till fragrant and oil goes up the surface. Depends on preference whether you preferred it to be crisp or soft, add in salt, msg and vinegar. Lastly add in fried brinjal and stir well.
