The fish went along very well with the cassava leaves dish....Mr Hubby helped himself for his 2nd serving..hehehe ..I dont dare to look..just glanced when he went to the rice cooker to scoop some more rice..( ermm, so happy..)

2-3 tbsp chilli paste
1-2 tsp minced garlics
2-3 tbsp minced onion
some chili sauce
some tomato sauce
salt and MSG to taste
some bird eyes chillies (just throw in)
1-2 lime -squeeze the juice
some sugar

Fried the red snapper which has been marinated with salt and turmeric powder till crispy, dish out and put aside.
Heat oil in wok and stir fry the garlics and onions till fragrant. Add in chilli paste, chili sauce and tomato sauce and fry till oil goes up the surface. Add in the birds eye chillies and add in salt, MSG and sugar to taste. Squeeze lime juice and suits the taste. Add onto fried fish and serve hot. Ready.
