Curried Crab Claws

Seafood all the way...bought the crab claws only instead of the crabs..Mr Hubby loves crab, so he ate this with little rice...together with the butter prawns...

1 kg crab claws

3 tbsp fish curry powder*
2 tbsp minced onion*
2 tbsp chili paste*
1 tsp minced garlics*
1 tsp minced ginger*
(mix into paste)

1 big onion sliced
2 sprigs curry leaves
1 tsp fish spices or mustard seeds
2 tsp tamarind pulp mix in water
6 tbsp coconut milk
water to estimate
salt and MSG to taste

Saute sliced onions till soft and add in fish spices and curry leaves stir well till fragrant. Add in paste mixture*. Stir well. Add in coconut milk, tamarind juice, water and stir well. Add salt and Msg to taste and stir in the crab claws. Stir till incorporated and cover wok and let it simmer till cook. Ready
