Nasi Goreng Tom Yam

Another recipe which has been tried by many of my friends have varieties of fried rice recipes...Hana from Japan, thank you ya.

2 bowls of rice
5-6 fresh prawns
1-2 squids cut to rings
200g chicken fillet cut to preferences
4 shallots sliced
2 garlics crushed
3-4 birds eye chillies crushed
1 packet Tom Yam stock or 2 cubes Tom Yam paste (maggi/knor)
cabbage slice thinly
carrots sliced or diced
tomato diced
1 lemon grass bruised
3 kaffir leaves sliced
1 egg
salt and MSG to taste

Stir fry shallots and garlics till fragrant. Add in Tomyam cubes. If dry add some water and the chillies if want hot. Add in the chicken and let it for a while. Add in squids. prawns, carrots, tomato, lemon grass and kaffir leaves and stir well. Add in the rice, stir well.Make a well and break an egg and stir well. Add salt, MSG to taste and lastly cabbage. Turn off heat and sprinkle some spring onions and fried shallots.
