Made this for the recipe long ago, cant remember when, but definitely through one of the blogger, which I think no longer available...I think some of you already know this..but just for the sake of my own future references I uploaded this OK...

1 packet wanton skin (don't know the proper name)
2 hard taukwa(fried and 'scrap' or 'mash' it with a fork to small pieces)
1 egg
1 red chili chopped finely
1 big onion chopped
prawns diced small
salt to taste
some spring onions and celery to estimate
oil for frying

Mix all the ingredients and stir well except the wanton skin.Heat oil and take one of the wanton skin, fill a bit of the filling mixture in the centre and wrap to preference. Deep fry using a slow heat till golden yellow. Ready. Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
