Sizzling Yee Mee

Made this yesterday night. Should have used the hot plate for a better presentation... I adjusted here and there to my taste. I added birds eye chillies, some chye sim, bean sprout and an egg. Pour a capful of vinegar and add in the yee mee after the water has boiled instead of putting it last. Then I add in the veggies and didn't add in the corn flour cause I wanted more gravy. Add in the egg last cause wanted the the egg a bit 3/4
cooked. Sedap!!!...thank you dear owner for this recipe ya.
