Sizzling Yee Mee

Made this yesterday night. Should have used the hot plate for a better presentation... I adjusted here and there to my taste. I added birds eye chillies, some chye sim, bean sprout and an egg. Pour a capful of vinegar and add in the yee mee after the water has boiled instead of putting it last. Then I add in the veggies and didn't add in the corn flour cause I wanted more gravy. Add in the egg last cause wanted the the egg a bit 3/4
cooked. Sedap!!!...thank you dear owner for this recipe ya.

2-3 pieces yee mee
5 garlics
5 shitake mushrooms
1-2 chicken fillet sliced thinly
2-3 dried chillies cut to halves

3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp black soy sauce
1/2 inch ginger sliced thinly
some black pepper powder
salt to taste (optional)
a few drops of sesame oil

some oil for frying

Saute, garlics, dried chillies and ginger till fragrant. Add in chicken and stir well. Add in 2 cups of water.Add in oyster sauce, light soy sauce and black soy sauce.
