Breakfast for this morning and Iqram 'tapau' this to school today. I used about 3-4 tbsp salted soya bean and pounded it coarsely, minced some dried prawns and stir fry with onions, garlics and some chili paste. Fry till fragrant and add in the mee hoon and stir well. No need salt as the salted soya bean are already salty, anyway taste to adjust. Add in bean sprout and sliced chives.You can add in fried tauhu or sprinkle some sliced omelet and fried shallots. Ready
