Udang Masak Kari

All of today's postings are basically, NOT today's menu..these are a few days ago ones.. faham2 ajelah..cant upload(sigh!! bring up this story again)....

Ingredients:-
1kg medium size prawns
2-3 tbsp fish curry powder(make paste)
2 onions sliced
2 tbsp chili paste
2 stalks of curry leaves
1 tomato cut in quarters
1 cup of water
a bit of tamarind juice
coconut milk
salt and MSG to taste

Method:-
Heat oil and stir fry minced ingredients, curry leaves and curry powder paste till oil goes up the surface. Add in tamarind juice and water .Let it boil for a while. Add in Prawns, coconut milk, salt and MSG to taste and let it simmer for a while. Last add in tomatoes and stir well. Turn off heat .Ready.
