Puyuh Goreng Kunyit

This was the last balance quail's meat left that I've decided to fry them. Normal procedure same as frying chickens. Washed, cleaned with salt and lime juice and marinate with salt, turmeric powder, minced onions, minced ginger, minced garlics, some chili paste and a dash of vinegar. Fry hem till golden brown and put aside. Sliced chillies and onions and stir fry till soft. Dished out and add on to fried quails. Ready.
