This dish goes very well with the fried white pomfret with chillies. The kids can have it cause its not hot and for adults, it can make the journey to the throat much easier...heheheh...Dried tau pok with fish ball inside. Water, coconut milk, sliced chillies, onions, garlics and put to boil, when bubbling add in fish balls, silken tofu and dried tau pok. Add in salt and MSG to taste. Ready. The below picture shows what kind of tau pok that I used.
