Baked Scallops

I had some of the pasta sauce left over yesterday that I've decided to make this baked scallops @Ayu Version...actually got the inspirations from eating at Swensens, the 'Baked Mussels' which cost S$8+ for 6 large ones. Try to make using mussels, but the ones that I saw was quite small, so I bought this scallops as an alternative...

First I boiled the scallops till cooked. Then open up the shell, discard the other half and just take the one with scallops. Add pasta sauce on it, cheese sauce next and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven till cook..Walla!.Ready..nice for snacking..
