Its either, siang kita makan mee or malam, kalau siang makan mee, then malam kita makan nasi..so kalau makan nasi, lauk pun sempoi2 aje..mana yang terlarat and terbuat..haha..so lauk paling simple lauk telur goreng kicap nilah...lauk untuk budak2... malas nak perah otak ..hahaha..Ok, kita letak recipenya ya..kot2 mana tahu siapa2 yang baru nak belajar masak tu boleh lah try ... tapi yang ini versi akak/auntie ya..heheh
Ingredients:-
5-6 biji telur digoreng ketepikan
2-3 biji bawang putih dihiris
1 biji bawang besar dihiris bulat
2 biji lada hijau atau merah di belah dua
3-4 biji cili padi dihiris atau campak aje(kalau tak nak pedas campak aje atau omit this)
2-4 sudu besar kicap manis-anggaran
2-4 sudu besar kicap masin-anggaran
1/2 -1+ cawan air- anggaran
1-2 biji perahan limau sambal
garam kalau perlu & serbuk perasa
Method:-
Tumis bawang putih hingga naik bau. Masukkan bawang besar yang dihiris bulat dan lada hijau, cili padi. gaul hingga layu. Masukkan kicap manis & masin dan air secukupnya, biarkan hingga mendidih.Bila dah mendidih, jus limau kacau sekejap , perasakan dengan serbuk perasa dan garam jikaperlu. Masukkan telur yang telah digoreng tadi dan gaul hingga sebati. Siap untuk dihidang..

Telur Rebus Masala
Salam, some of you guys must be thinking what kind of song that I have just uploaded for my playlist kan?..
he..he..he..well that was the 'pukulan' I 've got after watching Korean dramas!!!..thanks to Mr Hubby who was hooked to Korean dramas!!and I am the victim dah 'terikut'2 and like korean songs.....haha..
Basically this song was one of the songs for the korean drama 'IIRIS' that Mr Hubby bought the whole series in CD..the story about 2 top korean male agents, swore to trust each other and unchanging friendship, both fall in love with another female agent but one of them got closer to the girl, and the other fights to hide his feelings..some how, the first guy was assigned to go for a solo mission and succeded,but his return was not actually welcomed by the boss as he wanted him killed..so the story continues as he wanted to take revenge and have to face so many obstacle to return back to his country..somehow, he struggle to go back to his love, but he cant as he returned as a terrorist...just so sad, whenever this two couple appeared, the song also played at the background...jiwang2 ko!!..
Ok, back to the telur rebus masala above, I did this before, also loong time ago..I cant remember where I've got the recipe from, which required the boiled eggs to be fried after that, since my kids dont like boiled eggs to be fried after that, I just boiled and dump in the gravy...just double the amount if need more..
Ingredients:-(2 orang)
2 biji telur yang telah direbus
11/2 sudu besar serbuk kari masala boleh juga guna rempah kari daging kalau takde rempah masala
3 biji bawang besar merah di mayang halus
1 kulit kayu manis(Ayu tak letak)
1 tangkai daun kari
1 sudu kecil serbuk cili
sedikit garam n serbuk perasa
Cara cara:-
Goreng telur rebus dengan sedikit minyak, setelah garing angkat. Di kuali yang sama letak kulit kayu manis dan daun kari. Letak serbuk rempah masala, sedikit air dan serbuk cili, masak sehingga naik minyak. Kemudian letak bawang dan 1/2 cawan air serta garam secukup rasa. Masak sehingga bawang tu layu.
Masukkan telur dan gaul rata. Siap

Telur Ikan Lemak Cili Api
Salam keudara lagi..hehe..some of today's entries are yesterday's menu...will update as fast as possible...
bought this telur ikan(fish roe) on Sunday..memang plan nak masak lemak cili api ni..cause selalunya just fried aje...my mum wanted to eat ikan parang(wolf herring) lemak cili api, so I just combine the telur ikan together to go along...telur ikan ni pun sedap kalau dimasak asam pedas..maybe next time nak buat jugalah...
According to my cousin,(orang Negeri Sembilan), if were to cook chicken/beef lemak cili api, dont put onions to the dishes, but for fishes you can add..so till now, when I cook fishes lemak cili api, onions will be there...
recipe, tak payah lah ya..I guessed you all dah tahu masak ikan lemak cili api, as for this just added the fish roe ajelah....oh atau yesterday nampak kat rumah Kak Zai, mungkin boleh juga ikut resepi kat situ ya..

Telur Masak Lemak Daun Kunyit
Gravy dish for the kids...to go along with the beef...
Ingredients:-
5 biji telur rebus-Ayu 15 gunakan telur burung-(dikupas kulit dan dikelar sedikit )-(5 hard boiled eggs-I used 15 quail's eggs-peel off shell and slice slightly)
1 sudu besar udang kering dikisar-(1 tbsp dried shrimp minced)
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit-(1/2 tsp turmeric powder)
2 helai daun kunyit dicarik-(2 turmeric leaves scratch)
1 batang serai dititik-(1 lemon grass bruised)
750ml pati santan-(750ml coocnut milk)
1 keping asam gelugur-(1 dried tamarind slice)
2 biji cili merah dibelah 2-(2 red chillies sliced to halves)
2 biji cili hijau dibelah 2-(2 green chillies sliced halves)
garam & gula secukupnya-(salt and sugar to taste)
*4 biji bawang merah-(4 shallots)
*2 ulas bawang putih-(2 garlics)
*2cm lengkuas-(2cm galangal)
*2cm halia-(2cm ginger)
Method:-
Satukan telur rebus bersama bahan *dihiris halus, udang kering, daun kunyit, serai, pati santan, garam dan gula didalam periuk diatas api sederhana besar. Biar hingga ia mendidih sambil kacau selalu. Masukkan asam gelugur bersama cili merah dan cili hijau. Kacau hingga kuah pekat. Angkat.-(Combine eggs together with *sliced ingredients, minced dried prawns, turmeric leaves, lemon grass and coconut milk, salt and sugar in a pan and put to boil on a medium heat. Let it boil, and keep on stirring. Add in dried tamarind slice together with red chillies and green chillies. Stir till gravy thickens. Turn off heat.)

Telur Masak Paprik
Salam, on this Wednesday morning..it seems that I have not been updating my blog regularly lately ya..Apa nak buat..time did not permits and adding to since exams are over the boys have been, 'copping' the computer once they are back from school, sampai 2 ekor budak tu bergaduh siapa yang got the right to use first and longer time ..and normally the eldest lah win sebab dia yang install the games and the younger one will come to me and mengadu!.. So while the boys are in school I quickly update what I can ya..hehe
Actually there are a few dishes that have been lining up, which are still in my folder for me to update. These are the dishes that I have cooked but no time to upload.. One of them is this telur masak paprik..this dish is a last minute decision when I have no idea what to cook..hehe

Ingredients:-
5 biji telur-(5 eggs)
2 sudu besar cili kisar-(2tbsp cili paste)
2 ulas bawang putih-dikisar/tumbuk-(2 garlics grounded or blended)
2 ulas bawang merah-dikisar/tumbuk-(2 shallots grounded or blended)
2 helai daun limau perut-(2 kaffir leaves)
3 batang cili padi-hancurkan sedikit-(3 bird eyes chillies crushed)
1 bawang besar dipotong 4-(1 large onion quartered)
3 sudu besar sos tiram-(3 tbsp oyster sauce)
3 sudu besar sos cili-(3 tbsp chili sauce)
sedikit kicap-(some soy sauce)
sedikit air-(some water)
Method:-
Goreng telur dan belahkan 2. Tumiskan bawang yang ditumbuk, cili sehingga garing.Masukkan sos tiram, air,sos cili, cili padi dan sedikit kicap. Tunggu sehingga ia pekat. Akhir sekali masukkan telur yang sudah digoreng tadi. Masukkan bawang yang dibelah 4 tadi. Masakkan paprik tidak menggunakan garam cukup dengan rasa masin dari sos tiram. Hidangkan dengan daun sup diatasnya dan nasi panas.-(Fried eggs and cut to halves. Saute grounded ingredients and chili paste till oil goes up the surface. Add in oyster sauce, water, chilli sauce, bird eys chillies and some soy sauce. Let it thickens. Lastly add in fried eggs, quartered onions and stir well. Paprik dish does not use salt, just enough salt from the oyster sauce. Serve with chinese celery and warm white rice.)

Acar Telur Burung
Quail's egg pickles, not the complete ingredients, as I ran shot of carrots ...so I missed out the carrots and just made used of what available at home...didnt use sesame seeds and candlenut too..pun boleh jugak ..
Ingredients:-
20-30 quail's eggs-hard boil and remove shell-( 20-30 biji telur burung direbus dan buang kulit)
1 medium size cucumber - peel, remove seeds and cut into 3 strips-(1 batang timun buang bijinya dan potong panjang)
1 small carrot- peel and cut into 3 strips-(1 batang carrot potong panjang)
2 tbsp white vinegar-(2 sudu besar cuka)
2 tbsp sugar-(2 sudu besar gula)
20 pcs bird eyes chillies-red and green-(20 biji cili padi hijau dan merah)
1 tbsp sesame seeds-clean and roast in a dry pan until light brown- I didnt put-(1 sudu besar bijan disangai -saya tak letak)
salt to taste-(garam secukup rasa)
3 tbsp oil-(3 sudu besar minyak)
Grind to paste:-(Bahan2 Kisar)
4 red chillies-(4 lada merah)
10 candlenut I didnt put -(10 buah keras-saya tak letak)
4 shallots-(4 bawang merah)
4 cloves garlic-(4 biji bawang putih)
1.5cm ginger-(1.5cm halia)
1cm fresh turmeric root or 1 tsp turmeric powder-(1cm kunyit hidup atau 1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit)
Method:-
Sprinkle 1 tbsp salt over cucumber and carrot strips and leave to stand for 15 minutes then squeeze out moisture. Heat oil in a wok and fry ground ingredients until fragrant. reduce heat add vinegar, sugar and stir to mix. Put in the quail's eggs and after 1 minute, add cucumber, carot stips and bird eyes chillies. Stir to mix. Before removing from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds.-( Taburkan 1 sudu besar garam keatas hirisan timun dan carrot dan biarkan selam 15 minit dan toskan. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan2 kisar hingga naik bau. Pelahan kan api masukkan cuka, gula dan gaul rata. Masukkan telur burung dan selepas 1 minit masukkan timun, carrot dan cili padi. Gaul rata hingga sebati. Sebelum diangkat, masukkan bijan yang disangar tadi.)

Sambal Telur Rawa
Didnt cook lunch yesterday as we had attended a wedding invitation..although we were given a packet of 'tapau' nasi beriani...still it wasnt enough for the whole family to eat for dinner..hehe..and also Mr Hubby definitely wanted something else for dinner..so made this simple sambal egg which I thought fast enough to cook and prepare...recipe from princessharyati which I've got loooong time ago..thanks Yat, I posted here ya..
Ingredients:-
telur rebus-(hard boiled eggs)
asam keping-(dried tamarind slice)
sos tiram-(oyster sauce)
Bahan kisar-(Blended ingredients):-
cili api-(bird eyes chillies)
bawang besar-(large onion)
gula-(sugar)
garam-(salt)
Method:-
Telur dibelah dua dan digoreng terlebih dahulu. Angkat. Tumiskan bahan yang telah diblend tadi sehingga garing, masukkan sos tiram dan asam keping, dan masukkan sedikit air. Kacau sehingga sebati dan kemudian masukkan telur yang telah digoreng tadi. Masak seketika. Siap untuk di santap.-(Cut boiled eggs to halves and fried them, dish out and drained. Saute blended ingredient till oil rises up the surface and add in oyster sauce, dried tamarind slice and some water. Stir well till incorporated and add in fried boiled eggs. Let it simmer for a while and turn off heat. Ready to serve.)

Telur Dadar Masak Kari Pekat
When you see egg dishes its confirmed that I have got no idea what to cook for the kids..haha...this was what I came out with after scrolling in other bloggers' blog..hehe..saw this in love2cook kitchen, printed out and dah siap...thank you love I put up the recipe here ya..
Ingredients:-
4 biji telur ayam(dipukul bersama sedikit garam dan digoreng dadar terlebih dahulu dipotong 6)-4 eggs lightly beaten together with some salt and fried like omelette and cut to 6-put aside)
3 ulas bawang putih(diketuk)-(garlics crushed)
1 cm halia dicincang-(1cm ginger chopped)
1 bawang besar dihiris-(1 large onion sliced)
2 biji cili hijau dihiris-(2 green chillies sliced)
1 tangkai daun kari-(1 sprig curry leaves)
sedikit halba campuran-(a bit of mixed fish spices)
2 biji ubi kentang saiz sederhana dipotong 4-(2 potatoes medium size quartered)
1 biji tomato dipotong 4-(1 tomato quartered)
2 sudu besar serbuk kari ikan-(2 tbsp fish curry powder)
sedikit jus asam jawa-( a bit of tamarind juice)
11/2 cawan air ikut suka-(11/2 cups of water up to preference)
garam secukupnya-(salt to taste)
minyak masak-(oil)
Method:-
Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Tumis halba campuran, bawang putih, halia, bawang besar hingga naik bau. Masukkan ubi kentang, jus asam jawa dan air. Tutup kuali, biar mendidih dan ubi kentang masak. Kemudiannya masukkan serbuk kari, serbuk cili, serbuk kunyit, tomato dan garam. Kacau sebati dan biarkan mendidih sekali lagi. Apabila dah cukup rasa, masukkan telur dadar tadi. Kacau mesra biarkan seketika dan padamkan api.Sedia dihidang. Kalau nak tukar dengan telur rebus pun boleh, step dia semua sama.-(Heat oil and saute mixed fish spices, garlics, ginger, onions till fragrant. Add in potatoes, tarmarind juice and water. Cover the lid and let it simmer till potatoes are cooked. Add in curry powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, tomatoes and salt. Stir well and let it simmer again. When everything is alright(taste) add in fried omelette.Stir till incorporated and let for a while. Turn off heat. Ready and serve. You can use hard boiled eggs for substitute steps are the same.)

Telor Semor Berlada - Pepper Eggs
Hi, must be wondering why I posted the pictures first for today right?...well I wanted to 'catch' hold of the time to publish my entries today...as of yesterday, those posts that I've updated only apperared in bloggers bloglist after 6 hours of posting!!!..so today I posted early, but it seems ok pulak, can be seen after 1 hour...hai the systems are so unpredictable...anyway today entries are those menus that I've cooked during those days that I didnt update my blog...so just jemput tengok ajelah ya..haha
Ingredients:-
6 hard boiled eggs -make several light slashes on the surface of each egg-(telur direbus dan dihiris sikit dipermukaan telur)
Soak for 10 minutes:-(rendam selama 10 minit)
2 heaped tsp coriander seeds(ketumbar)- (2 sudu kecil ketumbar biji)
3 cloves garlic-(bawang putih)
1 cm thick ginger-(1 cm halia)
1 round tsp tamarind pulp +1/2 cup water-(mix to obtain juice)-(1 sudu kecil asam jawa + 1/2 cawan air diramas ambil jusnya)
2 tsp sugar-(2 sudu teh gula)
2 tbsp dark soy sauce-(2 sudu beasr kicap masin)
1 large onion -cut into rings-(1 bawang besar dihirs bulat)
2 tbsp frozen green peas -(optional)-(2 sudu besar kacang hijau beku-optional)
2 red chillies -slash half way up-(2 batang chili merah dihirs memanjang)
2 green chillies slash half way up-(2 batang chili hijau dihirs memanjang)
1 tbsp oil-(1 sudu besar minyak masak)
salt to taste-(garam secukup rasa)
Method:-
Grind coarsely, first the coriander seeds and peppercorns then add garlic and ginger and grind until crushed. Heat oil. Fry ground ingredients till fragrant. Add tamarind juice, sugar and dark soy sauce. When boiling add eggs and peas. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add onion rings and chillies and heat through for another minute.-(Tumbuk kasar, biji ketumbar dan peppercorns, selepas itu, masukkan bawang putih dan halia. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan2 tumbuk hingga naik bau. Masukkan jus asam jawa, gula dan kicap. Bila sudah mendidih masukkan telur dan kacang peas. Kecilkan api dan masak selama 5 minit. Masukkan bawang besar, cili merah dan hijau dan masak selama seminit lagi. )

Telur Masak Lemak Dhal

Ingredients:-
2 handfuls of dhal soaked-(2 genggam kacang dhal direndam)
1-2 potatoes cut to preferences-(1-2 kentang dipotong ikut suka)
3-4 eggs-(3-4 biji telur)
3-4 dried chillies using scissors snip thinly-(3-4 cili kering digunting halus)
1 big onion sliced thinly-(1 biji bawbang besar dihiris halus)
2 garlics sliced thinly-(2 bawnag putih dihiris halus)
2-3 stalk curry leaves-(2-3 batang daun kari)
1 tsp mustard seeds-(1 sudu teh biji sawi)
a few slices of ginger-(beberapa hirisan halia)
some coconut milk-(santan )
1-2 tsp turmeric powder-(1-2 sudu teh kunyit serbuk)
salt and MSG to taste-(garam dan perasa secukupnya)
water for boiling to estimate-(air ikut suka)
oil for saute-(minyak untuk menumis)
Method:-
Boil dhal in water when 3/4 cooked add in potatoes and boil till soft. Meanwhile in another wok, heat oil and stir fry onions, garlics, ginger, dried chillies, mustard seeds, turmeric powder and curry leaves till fragrant. In the pan that boils the potatoes and dhall, making sure the amount of water preferred is enough, add in the coconut milk. Let it simmer for a while. In the other wok, once the stir fried ingredients are ready pour the mixture into the dhall pan and stir well. Add in salt and MSG to taste. Break the eggs one by one and let it cook for a while. Do not stir too much as it will make the eggs separated to pieces.Turn off heat.Ready.-(Rebus kacang dhal yang telah direndam dalam air(berapa banyak terpulang). Bila 3/4 masak masukkan kentang dan rebus hingga empuk. Dalam kuali yang lain, panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang besar, bawng putih, halia. cili kering, biji sawi, kunyit serbuk dan daun kari hingga naik bau. Sementara itu, dalam periuk yang merebus kentang dan kacang dhal tadi, pastikan air untuk kuah sudah memadai, masukkan santan. Biarkan ia reneh seketika. Bila bahan tumis sudah sedia masukkan terus ke dalam kuah dhal tadi. Perasakn dengan garam dan serbuk perasa. Pecahkan telur satu persatu dan biarkan ia masak. Jangan terlalu dikacau takut telur hancur. Bila sudah masak tutup api dan hidangkan.)

Crab Stick Omelette

Ingredients:-
150g cooked crab meat- I used 10 crab sticks-(isi ketam yang direbus- saya gunakan 10 batang crab sticks)
1 small sprig chinese celery-chopped very fine-(daun sup cincang halus)
small bunch spring onions-chopped very fine-(daun bawang cincang halus)
1 tsp lime juice-I forgot to put this in, taste still ok-(sudu kecil jus limau- saya terlupa nak letak tapi rasa tetap ok)
Grind to a fine paste:-(bahan kisar)
2 red chillies-(chili merah)
1 small onion-(bawang)
2 cloves of garlics-(bawang putih)
5 eggs-(telur)
salt to taste-(garam secukup rasa)
1/4 tsp black pepper powder-(sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam)
oil for frying-(minyak untuk menggoreng)
Method:-
Combine ground ingredients with crab meat( I sliced my crab sticks thinly), celery, spring onions and lime juice. Mix well. Beat eggs, add pepper and salt. Combine with crab meat and mixture. Heat oil in an omelette pan. When hot pour mixture and cook till firm. flip omelette over and cook other side. (Makes 1 or 2 omelettes depending on size of pan.)-(Campurkan bahan kisar, isi ketam(saya hiris crab sticks halus), daun sup, daun bawang dan jus limau. Kacau rata. Godek sikit telur, garam dan lada sulah. Campurkan adunan telur dan isi ketam tadi. Panaskan minyak dan goreng hingga masak. Terbalik kan disebelah dan goreng hingga masak. terpulang pada kuali yang digunakan boleh dapat 1 -2 keping telur dadar ini.)

Telor Itik Masak Lemak Cili Padi

Ingredients:-
4 biji telur itik-(duck's eggs)
2 cawan santan pekat/pati santan-(cup thick coconut milk)
2 cawan satan cair-(cup thin coconut milk)
15 biji cili padi-(bird eyes chillies)
6 ulas bawang merah-(shallots)
1 ulas bawang putih-(garlic)
1 inci kunyit hidup-(fresh turmeric roots)
1 keping kecil asam gelugor(saya bubuh 2)-(dried tamarind slice-I added 2)
1 batang serai-(lemon grass)
beberapa helai daun kunyit-disiat2-(a few slices of turmeric leaves shredded)
garam secukup rasa-(salt to taste)
Method:-
Blend bersama santan cair, cili padi, bawang merah, bawang putih dan kunyit hidup. Tuangkan kedalam periuk, masukkan asam gelugur, serai, daun kunyit dan masak biar mendidih. Kemudian pecahkan telor satu persatu, perlahan lahan(jangan sampai pecah kuning telor tu). Perlahankan api dan biarkan telor masak. Masukkan garam secukup rasa. Setelah sudah agak mengeras, masukkan santan pekat dan kacau2 sebentar. Bila santan hampir mendidih saja, tutup apikan api.
Note:- Kacau2 sebentar agar santan tidak berkepala dan jangan masak terlalu lama, nanti santan pecah minyak pulak.-(Blend thin coconut milk, bird eyes chillies, shallots, garlic and fresh turmeric root. Pour mixtur into saucepan and add in dried tamarind slice, lemon grass, turmeric leaves and put to boil. Crack eggs one by one slowly(dont let the yolk break). Slow down heat and let it simmer till eggs are cooked. Add in salt to taste. When almost hardened, add in thick coconut milkand stir for a while. Let the coconut milk almost boiled then turn off heat. Stir slightly so as to prevent the coconut milk from cuddle.)

Telur Puyuh Sambal w/ Tahi Minyak
Looking at the name I think some of you might be thinking that I am so free to make the tahi minyak(coconut crumbs) for this dish right?..hahaha..well actually the coconut crumbs was balance from my last koleh koleh kacang that I made...saw this recipe.. reminded me of the tahi minyak in the fridge so make full use of it lah...
To some who didnt know, to make coconut crumbs will take some of your time as you have to keep on stirring till the coconut milk turns to crumbs...so best if you want to make koleh koleh kacang make extra for the tahi minyak..as you wouldnt know when you might need it again..so if you have extras..it came in handy like this one...hehe

Ingredients:-
2 trays of quail's egg hard boiled (forgot to count how many there..hehe)-make several slashes on the surface of each egg-(2 tray telur burung-direbus dihiris permukaan nya)
Grind to a paste (with blender):-(Bahan kisar)
12 dried chillies-(cili kering)
1 large onion-(bawang besar)
1 level tsp belacan-( sudu kecil rata belacan)
3 tbsp water-(sudu besar air)
1 rounded tsp tamarind pulp-(sudu kecil asam jawa)
1/2 cup water-(mix to obtain juice)-(cawan air-campur dengan asam jawa)
1 level tbsp sugar-(sudu besar rata gula)
salt to taste-(garam secukup rasa)
1 large onion- cut to rings-(bawanag besar dihiris bulat)
2 tbsp oil-(sudu besar minyak)
For coconut crumbs:-(Untuk tahi minyak)
200g grated coconut
1 cup water- mix and extract milk
(or I suggest just use the ready squeeze coconut milk in packets-kara)-(pakai santan kara dah)
Method:-
To make coconut crumbs, put coconut milk in a saucepan and boil over low heat stirring occasionally until the liquid evaporates and oil appears. When the crumbs turn a golden brown, remove from pan. Coconut crumbs can be made a day earlier and stored in an air tight container. Heat oil in a wok and fry the ground ingredients until oil rises up the surface. Add in tamarind juice, sugar and salt and stir. Add in eggs, cover pan, lower heat, add onion rings and coconut crumbs and mix well.-( Untuk membuat tahi minyak, bubuh santan dalam periuk/kuali dan masak di atas api yang kecil. Kacau selalu sehingga kering dan pecah minyak. Bila santan sudah bertukar menjadi coklat/tahi minya angkat dan matikan api. Tahi minyak boleh disediakan sehari sebelum digunakan dan dismpan didalam bekas kedap udara. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan kisar sehingga garing. Masukkan air asam jawa, gula dan garam kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan telur, tutup periuk dan biarkan sebentar dengan api pelahan. Masukkan bawang yang dihirs bulat dan tahi minyak dan kacau rata.)

Telur Bungkus Daging & Cheese

This was the kids menu, side dish for adults..I used chicken burger meat for this 'wrapped egg with minced meat and cheese'...all of this are yesterday's menu ya..the part when I turned the egg with the filling on top of the plate was a bit panic lah...hahaha...it looked like nasi goreng pataya that wrapped with egg omellete, but instead this has minced meat filling in it.. Recipe from Noorsha...thank you ya dear..Akak, copy & paste the recipe, with some interpretations in English..minta halal ya..
Bahan2 :-Ingredients:-
250gm - 300 gm daging cincang -(minced beef-I 2 used chicken burger meat and mashed it)

1/2 cawan mix vege-(cup mix veggie)
2sb sos tiram-(tbsp oyster sauce)
2 sb sos lada hitam-(tbsp black pepper sauce)
2sb sos cili-(tbsp chili sauce)
2sb sos tomato-(tbsp tomato sauce)
5 biji cili api @ 2 biji cili merah-(5 bird eyes chillies or 2 red chillies)
1 biji bawang sederhana besar - hiris -(large onion medium size slice thinly)
2 biji bawang putih - cincang -(garlics sliced thinly)
1 inci halia - cincang-(ginger minced)
2 keping slice cheese @ taburan cheddar cheese secukupnya-( slice cheese or sprinkle)
6 biji telur-(eggs)
sedikit garam-(salt)

Tumis bawang putih, halia, bawang besar.bila dah wangi, masukkan cili api yg diketuk @ cili merah yg dihiris. masukkan sos tiram, sos lada hitam, sos tomato dan sos cili.-(Saute garlics, ginger, large onion when fragrant add in chillies which has been crushed or sliced.)add in oyster sauce, black pepper powder, tomato sauce and chili sauce)
masukkan daging cincang, kacau. Bila daging separuh empuk, masukkan mix vege,kacau lagi hingga empuk. Rasa dulu kalau kurang masin boleh tambah garam.Bila dah siap masak tu, ketepikan dulu-(add in minced meat and stir well when meat is half cooked add in mix veggie and stir till cook.taste if need to add in salt when ready, put aside)
Telur dipukul dengan sedikit saja garam dan dadarkan lebar2 atas kuali. kalau ade non stick pan lagi elok...kalau takde atas kuali biase pun boleh. api kecil ye je..-(Lightly beaten eggs with some salt fry like an omellete. Best if use a non stick wok, using a low heat.)
bila sebelah telur dah masak, x perlu terbalikkan untuk masak yg sebelah lagi, di tengah2 telur, letak sekeping slice cheese @ taburkan parutan cheddar cheese secukupnya, pastu curah je daging yg dah dimasak tadi di tengah2 telur &tutup dengan slice cheese yg kedua@ taburan cheddar n lipat jadi segi empat. -(when one side of egg has cooked, no need to turn on the other side. Add in slice cheese and add in meat filling in the centre of the egg and cover with the 2nd slice cheese and fold to a square.)

Telur Ikan Goreng

Ingredients:-
300g fish roe(Tenggiri roe)
turmeric powder
salt
some minced ginger
(marinate all the above and put aside)
Sliced Ingredients:-
10 birds eye chillies sliced according to taste(or red/green chillies)
1-2 large onions sliced in rings
Method:-
Heat oil and deep fried fish roe till crispy. Dish out. Using the same oil, take out some if too much, saute sliced ingredients till soft. Add in fried fish roe and stir till incorporated. Ready. Dish out and serve.

Sambal Tumis Telur Ikan

For this fish roe, just wash with lime juice and marinate with salt and turmeric powder..fried them and dish out. Add the sambal tumis on top ..ready

Telur Asin Berempah

I think next time, I rather stick to just salted eggs without the spices!..you know what I meant?..hehe
Ingredients:-
*1 big onion
*4 shallots
*2 garlics
3 hard boiled salted eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp chili paste
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp fennel
1 lime juice
65ml water
1 tsp sugar
Method:-
Heat oil in wok. Saute *blended ingredients till fragrant. Add in chili paste, light soy sauce, chili sauce,fennel powder, lime juice, water and sugar. Stir till incorporated and thickens slightly. Arrange salted eggs on plate. Garnish with mixture on top. Ready

Telur Lemak Putih

Ingredients:-
5 boiled eggs
2 potatoes sliced in wedges
some soaked dried bean curd sheets (Tim chok/pucuk)
some soaked dried lily buds(kim chiam)
some soaked bean thread vermicelli(soo hoon)
1 big onion sliced
1 red chili sliced
2 garlics sliced
200ml coconut milk(1 small packet) + some water
salt & MSG to taste
Method:-
Heat oil and saute onions, chili and garlics till yellow. Add in coconut milk + some water(to get not so thick gravy). Let it simmer for a while(making sure to stir most of the time so as not to make the coconut milk becomes cuddled) add in salt and MSG to taste. Add in potatoes and let it be till cook. Add in boiled eggs, bean curds sheets, soo hoon and lily buds and stir well. When it is bubbling turn off heat and ready.
