Telur Asin Berempah

Simple menu as side dish..first time tried this, just wanna try some variations for salted eggs recipe ..
I think next time, I rather stick to just salted eggs without the spices! know what I meant?..hehe

*1 big onion
*4 shallots
*2 garlics
3 hard boiled salted eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp chili paste
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp fennel
1 lime juice
65ml water
1 tsp sugar

Heat oil in wok. Saute *blended ingredients till fragrant. Add in chili paste, light soy sauce, chili sauce,fennel powder, lime juice, water and sugar. Stir till incorporated and thickens slightly. Arrange salted eggs on plate. Garnish with mixture on top. Ready
