The sambal tumis which I made for the anchovies, I divide to 2 portions...1 for the anchovies and one for this fish roe...there's still some more in the fridge which I bought the other day..(tak boleh makan banyak- cholesterol!)...hehe
For this fish roe, just wash with lime juice and marinate with salt and turmeric powder..fried them and dish out. Add the sambal tumis on top ..ready
