Sambal Goreng Pedal Ayam


Since yesterday the whole day we ate noodles, today our tummy a bit 'windy'...hehehe..the sound of wind in our stomach can be heard at night when you laid down on the bed..hahaha..maybe some of us even let go some wind without realising it..(censored)...hahahaha
so today definitely must eat rice..got this recipe from Mak long's kitchen...thank you dear owner, for sharing this recipe.. I made some adjustment to it...I like it!!!


Sambal Goreng Pedal Ayam

Tried & Tested:-Ayu@curlybabesatisfaction Ingredients:-
500g chicken gizzard-cleaned and slice thinly
1 big onion sliced
2 garlic sliced
1/2 inch ginger sliced
1 potato peeled and sliced (not so thin)
2 red chillies sliced
2 green chillies sliced
some birds eye chillies sliced (optional-if want hotter)
1 tbsp chili paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
some belacan and tamarind juice
3 tbsp coconut milk
salt and Msg to taste

Method:-
Heat oil and add in sliced onions, garlics, ginger, chillies and fry till soft. Add in the chili paste and turmeric powder and cook for a while. Add in chicken gizzard and stir till change in colour. Add in potatoes and mixture of belacan and tamarind juice. Lastly add in coconut milk and let it simmer till chicken gizzard and potatoes are cooked. Ready

Lama tak makan pedal ayam nie... kalo pgi pasar mlm selalu lah beli yg dorang cucuk2 kat lidi tue... sedap!!! hehehe
