Pau Kacang Merah

Breakfast menu for today...the traditional pau that used plain four(tepung gandum), not Hong Kong flour(tepung pau)...if there's a feast ... this pau will be the 'centre of attraction'...
For me I would prefer the Pau curry...this also Mr Hubby and my mum's favourite...the kulit memang macam lisut2 gitu..sebab pakai tepung gandum kalau pakai tepung pau..dia licin and putih...
