Ayam Goreng Daun Kari

This chicken dish are my kids favourite ..its not hot and not spicy too... just nicelah, even Marsya also can take it.. goes along with the cendawan soup.

500g chicken breast cut to diced or your sukalah(cleaned and washed with lime juice)
3 stalk curry leaves
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp fennel powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp minced onion
1 tsp minced garlics
1 tsp chilli paste
salt to taste
marinate the chicken with all the above except curry leaves and let it rest for a while

Heat oil and fry curry leaves. Add in marinated chicken and stir well. Fry till cooked and well done. Ready
